Dear Friends:

It is with great sadness that we regret to inform our members and friends of the recent passing of our Second Vice President and distinguished colleague Sergeant Angel Arcentales of the Intelligence Division, on December 29, 2006. Our prayers and condolences are with his family, his friends as well as all the members of the NYPD family who had the honor to work with him.

Sergeant Angel Arcentales was a member of this society for over a decade. He was an integral part in the promotion and continuation of this fraternity. His dedication, devotion and selfless contributions to this society were unsurpassed, for this we are eternally grateful. We will greatly miss his energy, passion and zeal for life. His loss has left a void that may never be filled. May GOD give you the peace you deserve, Rest in Peace our fraternal brother.
